Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payments for products are carried out by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account for products received and accepted by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the invoice.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the expense of the Supplier. Mandatory availability of a quality passport or another document certifying the quality of the goods upon receipt at the warehouse. Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.
