Payment terms:Payment of completed SMR, NDP - within 45 c.d. from the date of signing the forms KS-2, KS-3, as well as invoices in the amount of 90% of the cost in KS-3; the remaining 10% - within 45 c.d. from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction, reconstruction, modernization of the acceptance facility commission.
Payment for the development of PSA, EPB, engineering works is made by the Customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works and presentation by the Contractor of an invoice or UPD for the completed works
Delivery terms:The beginning of the work before the conclusion of the contract from the moment of receipt of the notification of the victory in the tender.
