Payment terms:
1. 100% post-payment upon receipt of goods and materials to the warehouse of the Buyer. 2. 25% advance payment, 75% upon receipt of goods and materials to the warehouse of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
Price including costs for transportation to the buyer's warehouse (in this case indicate the delivery method). Mandatory requirement: quality certificates or other document certifying the quality of the goods shall be provided at receipt to warehouse. The supplied goods must be new, not repaired. This product shall be labeled. When the goods are shipped the mandatory notification of the Buyer with copies of: tax invoices, TORG-12 delivery notice and the documents confirming the shipment of goods via the carrier shall be provided.
