If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The goods are delivered by delivery to the buyer's warehouse at the address: Sverdlovsk region, Pervouralsk, Zavodskaya str., 3, territory of JSC "Russian Chrome 1915". Transportation costs are paid by the Seller.
Comments: 1. Technical and commercial proposals are accepted according to the specified positions.
2. When choosing a winner, the key criteria are price, compliance with technical specifications and delivery time.
3. Availability of documents confirming the certification of production. Certificate of conformity, quality passport, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required;
4. Mandatory requirement: a commercial offer on a letterhead with a fixed price for at least 1 month. (the validity period of the CP must be spelled out).

6. Availability of delivery experience (reviews, phone numbers of contact persons)
7. This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
