Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment deferral of not less than 50 calendar days from delivery of the goods to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: Q4 2018 (according to the schedule of delivery). Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the warehouse of the transport company (warehouse of the Buyer) in Omsk are born by the Supplier.
Commercial proposal shall be attached.

Comments:
1) Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that it agrees in the event that it is announced by the winner that it has concluded a delivery agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to supply the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.
5) It is obligatory to attach a commercial offer specifying the terms of delivery and terms of payment.
