Payment terms:payment for products is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days (in rubles at the Central Bank rate on the date of shipment) from the moment of receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse. The date of delivery of products is considered the date of signing the waybill by the Buyer (subject to the requirements for their design).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
