1) Specify the cost of monthly maintenance on objects and types of work (file "form KP", "maintenance" sheet).
2) Fill in the application with the cost of consumables (file "form KP", sheet "materials").
3) The coefficient for additional work in annex 9 (file "form KP", sheet "odds to rates").
4) Fill out the questionnaire from the document package and submit all the applications to it.

The submitted application for participation in the procedure confirms the agreement with the terms of the enclosed contract and its annexes.
This procedure is not a contest, its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 – 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
