The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows:
100% within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. In case of advance payment the supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee in an amount not less than the amount of the prepayment, issued by the Bank within the rating of the 50 largest Russian banks or international banks rated below BB +/ Vaa2;
