Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the spacecraft:
Terms of payment - mandatory delay of 60 calendar days
The supplier is ready to supply and install the entire range of ROMs in accordance with the TK (indoor, outdoor)

IMPORTANT:
1) Prices must be provided for ALL positions! If any positions are not filled, or filled with not a specific figure - KP is not accepted for consideration.
2) If you work with VAT - must be filled in both columns (excluding VAT and VAT 20%). If you work on USN, only the first column (excluding VAT) is filled, the second one remains empty.

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.
The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
