Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is made in the following order: 100% of the cost of products according to the relevant Bid of the Customer shall be transferred by the Customer within 7 (seven) banking days after the Customer receives the invoice from the Contractor and the Parties sign the relevant Acceptance Certificate for the relevant bid. The right of ownership of the Products passes to the Customer from the moment the Parties sign the consignment note in the approved form and the Act of acceptance and delivery of Products.
Delivery terms:The Customer's need for names and quantities is determined by the Customer's bids, which determine, among other things, the volume, requirements for the characteristics of manufactured products, cost, production and delivery time, delivery address.
One bid contains at least 20,000 units of products.

Delivery of products is carried out by the Contractor independently to the Customer's address specified in the bid. The Customer's address is located in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The production and delivery of forms is carried out on time, no more than 21 (twenty-one) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the Bid.

Comments:
The winner in conducting a price request can only be the supplier who submitted the bid as part of the price request, which meets all the requirements set out in the Bid Notice and Requirements Specification for the request and provided a complete package of documents from the list provided by the Bidders.

The total volume of manufactured and supplied products is not more than 250,000 policy forms in total for three series during the term of the Contract.
The Customer's need for names and quantities is determined by the Customer's bids.
The term of the Contract is 1 year.
