| Payment terms: | The Contractor, after signing the contract, but not less than 10 (ten) working days before the date of delivery of the Products/the date of provision of the package of services, issues invoices to the Customer for advance payments in the amount of 30% of the cost of the Products and 30% of the cost of the package of services, taking into account the value added tax established by the tax legislation of the Russian Federation at the rate of in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, effective at the time of fulfillment by the Contractor of obligations under the contract.
The Customer makes a payment for the amount specified in the invoices for final settlements within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of shipment of Products /the date of provision of a set of services. |
