Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1-й платеж : 20% аванс – в течение 5 (Пяти) банковских дней после подписания договора.
2-й платеж : 20% от стоимости партии – в течение 5 (Пяти) банковских дней после получения уведомления о готовности партии к отгрузке, но не ранее срока, указанного в Графике поставки (поставка не позднее срока, указанного в Графике поставки).
3-й платеж : 40% от стоимости партии в течение 30 дней после поставки за месяц (объем партий, принятых за месяц).
Комментарий: оплата 30 числа месяца, следующего за месяцем приемки.
ТОРГ-12 подписывается концом месяца на все партии, принятые на объекте за месяц;
4-й платеж : 20% от стоимости всего договора - 60 дней после окончания монтажа всех м/к по договору, но не позднее 6 мес. с момента поставки последней партии.
