| Payment terms: | equipment delivery payments shall be paid by the Customer to the Supplier for the delivery of each piece of Equipment by bank transfer not later than 60 calendar days after the parties sign TRADE-12 or UPD (for SMEs within 15 working days after the parties sign TRADE-12 or UPA). Payment for calendar work will be made by the Customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (15 (fifteen) working days for SMEs) after signing the acceptance certificate works or UPD. The Supplier undertakes to eliminate, at its own expense, the comments arising from the acceptance of the work by the General Customer after settlement. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
