The seller must perform the service on his own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Buyer.
By submitting an offer (offer) the Seller guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Seller is required to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient confidence to verify the integrity of the Seller, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor of services, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information about the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
