| Payment terms: | The advance payment of 30% of the item price specified in Specification No. 1 of the delivery contract will be rewritten by the Buyer by payment order no later than 15 (fifteen) business days, from the date of receipt Purchaser of the original Vendor's account for the appropriate upfront payment and subject to the Purchaser receiving a return of advance from the Provider in accordance with the Terms of the Agreement.
Final payment:
Option 1 (applies if the parties to this Treaty are a small and medium-sized enterprise entity):
70% of the product price under Specification No. 1 is paid within 15 business days of Parties signing the invoice on the form of BIG-12 or UPD, subject to the Supplier's execution of item 4.5. Contract.
Option 2 (applies if other organizations are parties to this Treaty):
70% of the product price under Specification No. 1 is paid within 45 calendar days of Parties signing the invoice on the form of TRG-12 or UPD, subject to the Supplier's execution of item 4.5. Contract. |
