Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Priority payment deferral of 25 calendar days (we consider other conditions)
Delivery terms:The order of deliveries according to the schedule agreed by the Parties (in batches upon request).
Products are supplied by forces and at the expense of the Supplier.
All supplied products must be packed.
The Supplier is obliged to affix a marking on the packaging that allows immediate and accurate identification of the product in accordance with the order of the Customer. In the absence of marking, the Customer has the right to refuse to receive the product without any penalties applied to him by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) Participation of manufacturers or official dealers only. MANDATORY ATTACH A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING THE OFFICIAL DEALER OR MANUFACTURER.
2) IT IS MANDATORY TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED COMMERCIAL OFFER (in excel format) approved by Zelgros LLC.
3) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement within 5 (five days) according to the standard form of Zelgros LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
6) Be sure to provide: FULL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFERED PPE + PHOTOS
7) Products must have all the necessary certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity and other documents for food production.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
