Payment terms:

Delivery terms:
delivery is carried out by motor transport provider or by mail. Delivery costs shall be included into the products price. Delivery time: within 10 (ten) calendar days upon signing the specification.
Comments: Separately pay attention that your commercial offer (offer) must obligatorily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to the normative and technical documentation (GOST, TU, HUNDRED, etc.);
• the number of proposed to supply goods in the relevant subject procurement units;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on expenditures, included in the price of the goods, the time of transfer of ownership);

- Offer (offer) certified by signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
- Document establishing the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (for example, power of attorney);
- Letter of waiver of further claims on the occasion that the proposal is filed on the tender not by Party (in free-form on company letterhead with the signature of the authorized person). A prerequisite for granting a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of a manufacturer or dealer. Offer expires 3 months.
