Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms: not earlier than 30 (thirty) days, but not later than 45 (Forty-five) days from the date of delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:1. By means of the Supplier and at his expense to the Buyer's warehouse.
2. The transport of the supplier shall be able to side loading/unloading (with opening sides).
3. Delivery time: no more than 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of signing the Specification and placing the order.
4. The technical deviation (tolerance) of the shipped products within +5% of the length agreed by the Parties shall be allowed.
5. The parameters of conductive conductors of all cable products must comply with the requirements of GOST 22483-2012. In the event that at the input control either or during the installation process there is a deviation in the quality of cable and conductor products, the Supplier undertakes to replace and deliver to the place appointment agreed by the Parties, discarded products and pay a fine of 10 per cent of the value of such products.

Comments:
1) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposition of liability.
