requirements for the execution of a commercial offer:

2) Commercial proposal shall specify
- Cost of goods pickup;
- The cost of delivery from the supplier to the buyer's warehouse to allocate separately;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- agreement with the contract.

4) This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5) in KP specify the price without VAT, the price with VAT, and indicate the possibility of delivery of goods at a price without VAT.
