Requirements for the product:
- Be guided by the characteristics in the attached file (need with a breakdown);
- Strict compliance with the names and characteristics specified in the file (need with a breakdown), in case of deviations from the stated requirements, without agreement with the organizer of the purchase, the goods will not be accepted;
- All changes are agreed with the organizer of the purchase;
- Incoming control of all items upon delivery;
- Delivery of goods to the warehouse of the enterprise should be carried out by the supplier and at his expense; delivery time of goods: within (no more than) 30 days from the date of application from the enterprise
- Payment term and procedure: 100% post-payment, deferred payment for at least 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Customer;
- Prior to the delivery of Cabling and Wiring Products to the enterprises - Customers, the Bidding Organizer reserves the right to request from the winner a trial consignment of goods by lot to assess the quality of the goods;
- The contract price includes: all expenses necessary for the execution of the contract, including the cost of products, taxes, fees, delivery costs to the buyer's warehouse, other payments - the cost of the goods is indicated with VAT;
- The quality of the goods must comply with the Certificate of Conformity of the offered products TRTS (technical regulations of the customs union), (will be requested for all positions that provide for certification), in the absence of documents, the goods will not be accepted;
- The product must be new;
- The deadline for filing a claim is 7 calendar days;
- The term for the replacement of low-quality products (at incoming inspection) is 14 working days.

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

В случае если победитель не является плательщиком НДС, то при подписании договора (заявок, дополнительных соглашений, спецификаций и др.) стоимость товара должна быть уменьшена на сумму НДС.
Цена договора должна включать::
стоимость доставки до склада покупателя. Стоимость товара указывается с НДС. Валюта, используемая при формировании цены договора и расчетов с поставщиками – рубль Российской Федерации.
Форма чек-листа «Способность обеспечения безопасности поставляемой продукции (товара) поставщиком»:
(для участников аукциона по установленной группе товаров: продукции (товаров), которые могут оказывать существенное влияние на безопасность пищевой продукции производимой на предприятии Холдинга или участвующие в цепи создания пищевой продукции).
По результатам процедуры от победителя необходимы следующие документы::

Копия Устава
Копии документов, подтверждающие полномочия лица, заключающего договор от имени контрагента, если лицо не является исполнителем единоличным (коллегиальным) исполнительным органом (например, доверенность и т.п.)
Копия лицензии/допуска на осуществление деятельности, выполнение работ, заверенная печатью Контрагента (при наличии)
Копия паспорта
Копия свидетельства о постановке на учет в налоговом органе физического лица по месту жительства на территории РФ
Копия страхового свидетельства государственного пенсионного страхования

Подписание договора ( спецификации):
Договор (спецификация к договору) с подписью участника должны быть получены от победителя торгов в течение 7 рабочих дней либо в срок, указанный в извещении . Допускается возможность подписания (обмена) документами в электронном виде (сканов) с последующей заменой на оригиналы.
