Dear partners!
Rosinter Restaurants Holding – a leading operator in casual dining restaurants sector in Russia and CIS. The Company controls restaurant chains under its own key brands "IL Patio" (Italian cuisine) and "Planeta Sushi" (Japanese cuisine), ans also develops international brands TGI Fridays (American cuisine) and Costa Coffee (coffee houses) as a franchisee.

Suppliers that pass a pre-qualification selection successfully shall be admitted to participation in a closed tender for the right to enter into a supply contract. The contract is concluded for a period of at least 6 months.
The volume of deliveries is 24 000 kg per year.

Technical requirements for the supplied products are provided in the products specification.
If your company is interested in participation in this pre-qualification of bidders, please, attach the following documents:
- written consent to participate in pre-qualification of bidders and agreement with the terms of participation (no particular form);
- company's card;
- presentation about the company;
- copies of INN and OGRN certificates;
- copies of certificates and other documents confirming products compliance with the set requirements.

Participants of pre-qualification of bidders shall provide free samples of the products to be supplied. Product sample shall be accompanied with all the documents confirming compliance of the products with the set requirements.
In case no sample is provided, participant's bid shall not be considered.
Product samples are delivered strictly until September 24, 2019.
Minimum sample weight - 2 kg. Samples shall be provided free of charge.
Fixing the price for at least 2-3 months.
The results of pre-qualification of bidders shall be summed up within 10 business days from bids submission deadline.
Priority will be given to the suppliers that submitted their bids for supply at the federal level with a single price for Moscow and regions

Bids submitted beyond B2B-Center system shall not be considered.

This RFP does not constitute the bidding or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All the actions before signing the contract with the winner shall be considered as a pre-contractual work and shall not impose on the bidding organizer any obligations exceeding those stated in the tender conditions.
