Payment terms:Payment by transfer of funds within 60 days from the date of delivery of products, provision of the original invoice, invoice, UPD, reconciliation certificate.
Delivery terms:Pre-delivery. The offer must be valid until 12/31/2021.
Prices are to be fixed by the end of 2021.
When prices change, you must inform the Buyer in advance! On requests during 2021

- Obligatory provision of a commercial proposal certified by the seal and signature of the head.
- Delivery of goods upon request (and / or once a week).
- The supplier has a sales outlet or warehouse in Bugulma.
- Conclusion of direct contracts of subsidiaries and affiliates on applications during 2021.

Required documents:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of the official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
7. Articles of Association
8. Power of attorney or decision of the founders, for the head, for the right to sign.
9. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
10. Commercial offer signed and stamped.
11. Participant's questionnaire (attached).

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not governed by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
