Payment terms:1. 100% postpayment upon receipt of the inventory at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Price including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. (in this case, specify the delivery method).
Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods when entering the warehouse. The delivered goods must be new, not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the form of the contract of the buyer.
2) It is necessary to attach the commercial offer in electronic form.
3) When placing KP it is necessary to specify the manufacturer of products, availability, term of manufacture, delivery time to the warehouse of the supplier, dimensions of cargo (mass, volume, number of containers), point of dispatch;
4) Products must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality; $
6) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see example filling in the procurement
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
In the proposed IP, specify:
1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) References to the manufacturer;
4) Terms of payment;
5) Delivery time;
6) The attitude of the supplier to the delivered products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
