Recommended terms of payment: for actually performed work, the Customer makes payment no later than 45 calendar days after signing the acts of work performed and providing the original invoice);
Other payment terms: the contractor provides a bank guarantee for the advance payment.
Delivery terms:
The required term for the performance of work is from 01.10.2021 to 30.10.2021.
Comments: Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The contractor must provide:
- Information on whether a member of a self-regulatory organization has the right to perform overhaul work in relation to capital construction facilities, except for especially dangerous, technically complex and unique facilities, facilities for the use of atomic energy.
- Availability of certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.3, B.1.14, B.1.15, B.1.17, b.1.19, b.8.22, b.8.23 b.8.26, B. 9.31, b.8.21.
- Availability of personnel trained to carry out work of increased danger (fire).
- Availability of personnel trained in high-risk work (work at height).
- Availability (own or rented) certified laboratories of NMC and specialists in the types of control: CDS, VIC.
- The presence of NAKS certificates for welding work at the personnel.
- Availability of certified welding technologies, certified welding equipment, welding (surfacing) materials.
- Employees have PPE.
- Equipped with tools, including small-scale mechanization tools.
- The presence of scaffolding. - Availability of lifting mechanisms and lifting equipment.
- Experience of work on similar types of work at chemical industry enterprises.
- Availability of positive references. - A contractor that meets the requirements on a mandatory basis makes an acquaintance with the scope of work at the Customer's site.
The total bid price must cover all obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the bidding documents, including the estimated cost of services, delivery, travel expenses, etc.
