Payment terms:
within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing the contract, the customer shall transfer to the contractor an advance of 40% of the cost of the works and Materials.
The contractor shall provide the customer for the verification and approval of the certificates of acceptance of the executed Works (unified form № ks-2) and the reference on the cost of executed works and costs (unified form № ks-3), invoice.
In case the types of performed works contain hidden works, the contractor shall present to the customer, together with the Act on acceptance of the executed works and the certificate on the cost of the executed works and expenses, the executive documentation on the hidden works, executed Properly (acts on hidden works, executive schemes, passports, certificates).
The calculations for the works performed by the contractor are made on the basis of the Act on acceptance of the executed works (the form of Cs-2) signed by the parties, the reference on the cost of the executed works and expenses (form cs-3) within 25 (twenty five) banking days, counting from the date of Signing of the above documents by the Customer.
The cost of performed works includes all taxes, fees, duties and other obligatory payments.
