| Payment terms: | Calculations for the work performed are made at the end of the work within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Contractor presents the payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), drawn up on the basis of the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), the Act of acceptance of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties, drawn up on the basis of the estimate documentation, subject to the transfer of the as-built documentation to the Customer.
If the procurement participant is an SME entity, settlements for the work performed are made at the end of the work within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment the Contractor submits payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment) drawn up on the basis of a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Act of the work performed (form No. KS-2), drawn up on the basis of the estimate documentation, subject to the transfer of the executive documentation to the Customer. |
