Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Item price is billed per unit of production including shipping, including VAT.
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing the invoice by the parties at the Buyer's warehouse. If you do not meet our payment requirements, please specify your terms in the comments
Delivery terms:At your own expense and at your own expense to the Buyer's warehouse: Russia, Tambov region., Borshchevka village, Pridorozhnaya street, d. 1. The remaining shelf life of the Goods at the time of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse shall be not less than 70% of the warranty period of the goods declared by the manufacturer

To participate in the procurement procedure it is obligatory to support the commercial offer, with the signature and seal on the letterhead of the organization.
The IP should specify the following:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Vendor status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Payment terms (delay at least 30 days)
6. Experience with Rusagro Group - years, on the market - years
7. Guarantees of shelf life of goods
8. Preparedness to work under a model contract


The standard contract specification and Letter of Confirmation are supported in the tender documentation.

Proposals submitted in this procedure will not be considered without a Bid supported by the Lots.
