Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:prepayment of 50% of the total cost of the agreement within ten banking days after the customer receives an invoice from the supplier for the amount of advance payment.
The final calculation in the amount of 100% of the total value of the contract shall be made after within five working days from the date of signing the consignment note, with the obligatory presence of invoice and accompanying documents for the products.
