| Payment terms: | no more than 30 calendar days for the services rendered from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered, the availability of a properly executed invoice, an invoice by non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's current account, provided that a copy of the original contract signed by the parties is with the Customer, for the winners-organizations of SMEs;
no more than 45 calendar days for the services rendered from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered, the availability of a properly executed invoice, an invoice by non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's current account, provided that a copy of the original contract signed by the parties is with the Customer, for winners-organizations not related to SME entities. |
