Mandatory reinforcement of the Commercial offer with indication of delivery terms and payment terms. The validity period of the TCH is not less than 90 days!
Please note that this request is not a notice of holding a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participant.$
