Comments: purchase of the lot
The participant must submit an application for the full amount specified in annex № 1 to this documentation. It is not allowed to submit an application for part of the volume specified in annex № 1 or part of the volume of goods delivered within one position.
The total value specified by the participant in Appendix № 1 shall correspond to the total value specified by the participant on the "quotation board" of the B2B-center system. The participant shall prepare the application in accordance with clause III. A. 1.1 documentation.
In order to avoid misunderstandings when returning the delivered products, the winner is obliged to mark each package with its own logo or by its stamp.
The request for proposals does not impose on the customer an obligation to conclude a contract on the results of request for proposals.
