Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:advance payment (advance payment) - not more than 50% of the total offer price for each lot;
payment after acceptance of all work in full for each lot
Delivery terms:the deadline is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of advance payment (tentatively: October-November) for each lot;
warranty period - at least 1 year from the date of acceptance for each lot

Comments:
The application must be loaded with a commercial offer in the form of the Customer’s CP, including:
1. KP validity period
2. the term of the work that does not worsen the conditions determined by the organizer of the procedure (for the relevant lots)
3. payment terms that do not worsen the conditions determined by the organizer of the procedure (for the relevant lots)
4. warranty period for the respective lots
5. estimate for the complex of works defined in the form of the Customer’s CP for the relevant lots.

The agreement on the results of the procedure can be concluded both for one lot and for several lots. In case of conclusion of an agreement for an amount exceeding 3 million rubles, membership of the participant in SRO is required

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
