1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form participants of this procedure must attach the application of the participant and the documents attached to the application before opening the envelopes. Please note that the enclosed commercial offer must be signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization (the form is attached). In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
3. Location of the property for evaluation and location of services: Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa, ul.Yubileynaya 16/1 (base of LLC "SMU-4"). The customer under the contract of services will be LLC "SMU-4".
4. List of mandatory documents for submission of applications for legal entities:
- Partner card;
- Application form (Form №1);
- Commercial offer (Form №2);
- TIN certificate;
- Buch balance for 2016-2018;
- VAT Declaration for 2018
- Staffing table (without financial part), confirming the presence in the staff of at least 2 experts appraisers;
- Diploma in the specialty related to the evaluation activities of the specialist who will actually conduct the evaluation;
- certificate of membership or extract from the register of SRO members;
- valid insurance policy for civil liability insurance
The staff of the company must have at least two appraisers of individuals, for whom all requirements are met (diploma, SRO membership, insurance, absence of indelible or outstanding criminal record).
5. List of mandatory documents for submission of applications for individuals:
- Application form (Form №1);
- Commercial offer (Form №2);
- TIN certificate;
- Diploma in the specialty related to the evaluation activities of the specialist who will actually conduct the evaluation;
- certificate of membership or extract from the register of SRO members;
- valid insurance policy for professional liability insurance;
For individual entrepreneurs, in addition to the listed documents, also bu.balance for 2018.

The validity period of the submitted proposals is not less than 90 cal. days from the date of submission.
