This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time, without incurring any responsibility to Suppliers!!!

MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT AS AMENDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
1. The Contractor undertakes to fill out Appendix No. 1 of this specification in the form of a technical and commercial proposal.
2. Subcontracting of third-party enterprises is allowed only by written agreement with the Customer for the transfer of equipment to subcontracting.
3. The positive experience of the Contractor's cooperation with LLC is welcome.
4. The Customer has the right to adjust the cost of the contract in the direction of decreasing / increasing the volume of work performed.
5. According to the results of the auction, the Contractor must agree with the Customer on planned calculations, calculations of the cost of repairs with transcripts of cost items.
6. For additional work, specify the cost.
7. The warranty period for the quality of the work performed is set at 12 (twelve) months, subject to the Customer's compliance with the requirements of passport documentation and safety rules, and for the technical conclusions of surveys (diagnostics) for the entire period of their validity. The presence of trained personnel at the facilities in branded overalls and shoes, ensuring the performance of the production task without violating the rules of occupational safety and industrial safety.
