Payment terms:The amount of the advance payment from the cost of the upcoming monthly amount of work / services is no more than: 0%. Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, subject to timely submission of an invoice for an advance payment. The Bidder at the tender can offer a discount for reducing the deferral of payment to 30 calendar days. The winner is selected by bringing prices with different payment terms to the same terms using a financial calculator (Appendix 8. "Financial Documents"). For lot No. 1, lot No. 2, lot No. 3, Lot No. 4, lot No. 5, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
