Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• no more than 30% of the total cost under the contract - advance payment;
• no more than 60% of the equipment cost - additional payment upon notification of equipment readiness for delivery;
• at least 10% of the cost of equipment - payment after the parties have signed an act on the achievement of equipment performance indicators;
• at least 70% of the cost of work - payment upon completion and signing by the parties of the relevant confirming acts.
Delivery terms:Engineering works - 14 calendar days.
Delivery of equipment and full implementation of all works specified in clause 9 of the TOR - 2 months.

Comments:
Technical soil obtained as a result of composting of MSW screenings (fraction less than 70 mm from the sorting workshop). Morphological composition in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to this TK.
