| Payment terms: | Option 1 – delivery without a schedule 100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within ________ from the date of delivery of the Goods in full, provided for in the Specification, acceptance of all specified Goods by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD and provision of invoice and invoice or UPD with respect to all the specified Goods. Option 2 – delivery in batches according to the schedule, 100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within ________ from the date of delivery of each batch of Goods in accordance with _____ (provide a link to the delivery schedule) in full, acceptance of the Goods in full by the corresponding batch by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of a COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD and the provision of an invoice and invoice or UPD in respect of all Goods of the corresponding batch. The whole quantity of Goods delivered with the same delivery time is considered to be a batch. The Supplier submits an advance invoice to the Buyer within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the advance payment in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Repayment of the advance paid is carried out upon delivery of the Goods sequentially in compliance with the principle of chronology: the advance under the contract in terms of the cost of the Goods is taken into account in full amount first of delivery of the first unit of Goods and so on. If the advance payment or its balance is less than the cost of delivery, then repayment is made for the entire amount of the advance payment or its balance. Option 4 – payment upon delivery with subsequent performance of work (supervision, commissioning, training, etc.) Option 4.1 – without a suspensive condition for work, 100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within ________ from the date of delivery of the Goods in full, provided in the Specification, acceptance of all specified Goods by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD and the provision of an invoice and invoice or UPD in respect of all specified Goods, as well as from the date of completion of the work on _________ ( specify the name of all works/services under the contract) in relation to all Goods required for delivery, adopted by the act of completed works.
