Payment terms:Deferred payment of not less than 60 calendar days from products delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:Terms of delivery - January-February 2020. Transportation costs for delivery of goods to the Consignee's warehouse (or to a shipping company's warehouse in Omsk) shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru on site in accordance with established procedure, have the right participants in the system.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to make an offer indicating the terms of delivery and payment conditions, and Certification (representative, partner ...)
6) Proposals are accepted only from eligible bidders on the B2B-Center site.
7) In cases where the counterparty is not a producer of goods and materials, while it is unable to provide the documents (status should be confirmed in an official letter (certificate) TMC manufacturer or the status of the information provider must be present on the manufacturer's website), its proposal for the supply of goods and materials is seen in the case of counterparty consent to the inclusion in the contract of delivery of penalties in the amount of 100% of the amount set by the party goods and materials in case of delivery of goods and materials not conforming to the specification (supply "unoriginal "TMC), and providing 100% delay of at least 60 days.
