Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: pre-pay 30% cost of goods, 70% postpay billing within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the lot of the goods from the carrier at the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the product, please specify separately in KP.
Delivery terms:
Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer. Having a passport quality or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured. Term of delivery: 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of signing of the specification. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The provider ensures 100% fulfillment of the customer's application (the assortment and quantity).
