Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of goods shall be made by the buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was effected.
Delivery terms:delivery of products is carried out up to the buyer's warehouse (base of JSC "Lukoil-AIK" 174 km of Route Surgut-New Urengoy, Tyumen region, Khmao-Yugra) taking into account all expenses and risks on delivery and is accompanied by all necessary documents, according to specified in the supply contract.
To the delivered products the technical passport of the product, obligatory certificates of quality, conformity should be enclosed.
Georeferencing:Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Base of BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" Kogalym: 174 km of Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway
Comments:
1. Prices are provided without VAT.
2. Participation:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (obligatory granting of confirming certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer about granting of authority for realization of the requested production);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals would be:
- Price of the offer;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Consent of the participant with the wording of the agreement of the organizer, signing the agreement without the Protocol of disagreement (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the whole period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure till the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
4. The products must be new (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
5. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements specified in the request for the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and specifications.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
