Payment terms:Payment for the products shall be made by cashless money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments on account of payment for the product (production batch) no later than 40 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product based on the results of acceptance, provided the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of the product (production batch), delivery notes and invoices that correspond to the results of acceptance designed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:Delivery: delivery by Buyer (Incoterms 2010): FCA. Delivery basis: Supplier's warehouse.

Comments:
We note separately that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to the regulatory and technical documentation
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measure corresponding to the subject of purchase;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on expenses included in the price of goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery times
• terms and conditions of payment for products

In the event that a different order of delivery is supposed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include a corresponding comment.

The validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal must be a technical description application.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - Downloading of the price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement with the State Shipping Company Nefteservis as amended by the customer.

Please note that this request is not a notice of tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art.447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
