Auto-extension

1) Frequency of deliveries - according to the orders of the Buyer according to demand, Q4 2019 and all of 2020
2) THE PRICE MUST BE REMAINED WHEN CHANGING THE VOLUME TO DELIVERY
3) KP should contain information about min. parties, produ. power units / month; delivery time;
4) prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period not less than 12/31/2020;
5) the supplier must provide the Customer (CC) urgently without waiting for the request and closing the competition. In the name of Kantayev Kamila Georgievna, Krasnodar, Solnechnaya St. 15/5 in the correspondence sector of Tander JSC;
6) requirements for participants - Appendix 7;
7) ALWAYS attach a photo of the position to the offer.

Only ONE LEGAL ENTITY can participate in the tender procedure from a group of AFFILIATED (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
