The bidding will be held in the 1st stage. We work according to our contract form and annexes (attached). The winner will need to provide a full set of statutory documents according to the list (attached).
When submitting each new application, it is necessary to attach a commercial offer to the B2B ETP.
Tambov Bacon LLC chooses the final choice of suppliers and volumes based on intra-group regulations and rules.
It is necessary to submit to the Tax Inspectorate "consent to recognize part of the information of tax secrets about the presence (settling/non-regulation) of an unformed source along the chain of suppliers of goods (work/services) for deduction of the amount of VAT that is publicly available". Otherwise, cooperation is impossible. On the informresours.charter-apk.rf website, the counterparty must have a "green" status.
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender and does not fall under the provisions of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose supplier.
If several offers contain the same lowest price per Lot, the winner of electronic bidding is the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers , all other things being equal. In the event that the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees on a business trip) could not be put up on the electronic platform, its offers by e-mail will not be accepted.
