Comments: To participate in the auction, it is necessary to obtain RUSAGRO accreditation for the B2B-Center ETP. Of all the above feed additives, one or a combination of several will be selected from the price-quality ratio, therefore it is necessary to immediately offer the lowest possible price. It is mandatory to attach to the ETP application a certificate /declaration of conformity, a quality certificate /quality passport, a test report for activity and thermal stability, instructions for use registered with the Rosselkhoznadzor, a document from the Manufacturer on thermal stability, matrix values.
Attention: The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. The criteria for evaluating the offer include: Compliance with Technical Specifications / Quality; Delivery time / Performance; Guarantees / expiration date; Deferred payment; Business reputation /experience with MBN; Willingness to work under a standard contract (without a protocol of disagreement). Prices must be given with VAT, on pallets and delivery to our warehouses. If the VAT is different, we compare prices without VAT. Delivery by the supplier according to the Buyer's schedule. All vehicles delivering Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is absolutely necessary to attach a certified route of motor transport to the ETP (with a detour of ASF zones).
The auction will be held in 1 stage. We work according to our contract form and appendices (in the attachment). The winner will need to provide a full set of statutory documents according to the list (in the attachment).
When submitting each new application, it is necessary to attach a commercial offer to the B2B ETP.
The final choice of suppliers and volumes of LLC "Tambov bacon" chooses referring to intra-group regulatory documents and rules.
It is necessary to submit to the Federal Tax Service "consent to the recognition of part of the information of tax secrecy about the presence (settlement/non-regulation) of an unformed source along the chain of suppliers of goods (works/services) for the deduction of the amount of VAT, publicly available." Otherwise, cooperation is impossible. On the website informresurs.charter-apk.rf, the counterparty must have a "green" status.
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender and does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
If the same lowest price per Lot is indicated in several offers, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, other things being equal, is recognized as the winner of the electronic auction.
