All vehicles delivering Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is absolutely necessary to attach a certified route of motor transport to the ETP (with a detour of ASF zones).
If the same lowest price per Lot is indicated in several offers, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, other things being equal, is recognized as the winner of the electronic auction. If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in the power supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees on a business trip) could not exhibit on the electronic platform, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted.
It is mandatory to attach documents to the application for the conclusion of the contract, according to the list (the list is attached).

The final choice of suppliers and volumes is chosen by the Buyer referring to intra-group regulatory documents and rules.
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender and does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
