Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:

Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
Start providing services no later than April 30, 2024
Provide a technical and commercial proposal
Availability of accreditation of the testing laboratory
Ensure the provision of services by personnel with the necessary qualifications and appropriate permits/permits
Within 5 working days from the date of rendering the services, the Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with Control Protocols
Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (in calendar days)
Confirm fixing the cost in rubles
Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
