The Goods shall be paid by the Buyer on the invoice issued by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier not earlier than 30 (thirty), but not later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the Goods arrival.

Delivery is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Supplier.

Comments: 1. Requirements for technical, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, to the dimensions, quality, safety of the goods are set out in Annex 1 "Terms of Reference"

The price offered by the participant must include the cost of the Goods, transportation costs (when delivered by road to Yarovoy, when rail is delivered to Slavgorod), the cost of packaging, packaging, marking, all taxes, duties, fees and mandatory payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, insurance costs, as well as all other expenses.
