1. The delivery period is from 01.01.2023 to 01.01.2024
2. The price must be specified excluding delivery. If there is a possibility of delivery by the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse, please specify the delivery cost separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods". If delivery is not possible, please specify 0 (zero) in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods".
3. Upload the price to the site with an indication of the maximum possible price fixing period (preferably fixing the price until 12/31/2023).
4. Participating suppliers must provide documents in accordance with the appendix "Request for documents", as well as a questionnaire of the counterparty. All documents must be signed by the head of the company or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, please provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
5. A more detailed description of the procedures and requirements are given in the appendix "Terms of Reference".
6. 6. The delivery of the tape can only be carried out by agreed brands. Analogues will be admitted to the tender only after receiving a positive test result in production
