Payment terms:
The Buyer agrees to pay the Supplier cash in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this consignment of goods no later than 15 (fifteen) business days upon shipment after the submission of shipping documents.
Delivery terms:
KP must be issued on the official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the boot documentation.
1. Indicate prices on EXW terms (pickup from the supplier’s warehouse). The cost of production does not include transport costs. The cost of production includes packaging and, if necessary, a crate of cargo.
2. Indicate the period of readiness of products for shipment and the address of shipment.
3. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relationship to the product. If dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and their quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached terms of reference;
6. Indicate the warranty period for the Product. It should be calculated from the moment of commissioning of goods and materials.
7. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the general lot (mass, volume).
8. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each package.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the offer (5 pcs.). Fields should be filled out informatively, without comment - "in CP".
Additionally (not a prerequisite):
If it is possible to deliver the Goods on DDP terms (Buyer's warehouse / port of Magadan), the proposal must be drawn up as an alternative commercial proposal to the announced procedure. Delivery costs should be indicated in the CP as a separate line.
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1. The term of readiness of the goods for shipment.
2. Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, coordination of the Customer.
3. The lowest total transaction cost, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city of Magadan.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions of the procedure.
