We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a form of competition / auction / public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447–449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Moreover, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement on its results. 1. Special requirements: machine scrap (chipped machines) wall thickness not more than 35 mm. San.teh scrap, cast-iron pipes are not allowed. A standard percentage of blockage is set for the entire batch, in accordance with GOST 2787-75. If the actual debris exceeds the standard, the percentage of debris is set equal to the actual for each batch of scrap. The presence of wire, non-ferrous, alloyed metal, any non-metallic impurities, and military scrap is not allowed. The chromium content is not more than 0.01%.
